Is it just me or is this radio session absolutely brilliant? I've been playing it religiously for the past week or so. I like the Flesh Canoe more than the Feels version, I've Got Mine is ridiculously beautiful, and the Purple Bottle version is fantastic. Spread the love.

who coordinates these Planet Claire sessions? surely not one of the b52s, though I could only hope.

i remember never really being that into flesh canoe until i heard it on planet claire. now i love that song, especially that version.

I Got My Shit is beautiful. Flesh Canoe is great. PB is meh, with Avey freaking the frick out like a crazy man. The thing that pisses me off about this session is why the hell does Avey sound like he's singing through a phone? Wasn't there an engineer running the session? WTF. Maybe I'm just being picky because this is what I'm going to school for, but man it just kinda ruins it for me.

Wasn't there an engineer running the session? WTF. seriously. i listened to this session right before i saw this thread and thought the same thing. probably just cheaped out on the equipment. i think i saw a picture where they had like weird orange mic covers and shit.

overrated-bµmp. this recording hurts my ears at every volume i've got mine is okay *sometimes* but really is just not cool unless you were maybe there maybe....just maybe you'd like it there but it's stank - the new Glasslands show was pretty interesting...i think i dig it, it just feels about 80% complete and i wanna hear that 100% so badly come to think of it, i've lost a LOT of appreciation of boots pre-2007 that weren't good condition BBC jamz.....or forest children risen.............or tuvin.........or sleeper factory/covered in frogs really though?....why do i keep bein a downer ... :6

i like this a lot but i agree about the sound quality. whoever was in control of the levels engineering it definitely fucked up. but i liked flesh canoe more after hearing this.

well, whoever was working the sound for it was probably a radio/broadcast engineer and not so much a live sound mixing kind of guy....cause the whole mix is not too great.

FC really clicked for me live at LOUD volume with more dynamic range that song RULES it's a little tame and underplayed on the album don't remember the PC version
