At 1:16 in Laughed For A World I hear: "I don't ever want to smoke and drugs will do harm cause I'm happy, I'll be okay." That seems like an odd statement coming from a member of AC..... Anyone hear the line differently? Or the next one?

I listened over and over to that line and couldn't get anything else.

in the lyrical collective it says the first line of the second verse is "some ideas we're doing" and i definitely think it says "some ideas are brewing"

rdnzl and I figured out the lyrics to I Think I Can. I used a plugin on goldwave that only plays the center of the audio and not the sides. I'm going to post that soon so everyone can hear how correct our lyrics are and to stop changing them in lyrical collective. What's in the way? And What's nice about staying on the same pace? The only thing is the (If I wanna...) bit. Which I'm sure is not right. It sounds more like (If I had to (?) let me down...) The last two lines are right though. And that part is really hard to hear because it's buried under everything.

What Would I Want? Sky Lyrical collective has the opening line listed as "good dream" I know this has been debated in the song thread in the main animal collective discussion (people joked about it being "blue jeans"). Every time I listen to it it seems like the lyric is "routine" which would go to the overall theme of the song - has "good dream" been confirmed (as well as it could be)? if this has been address kindly point me in the right direction and ignore this post.

"Good dream" would make sense. The lyrics are done from the perspective of a dude who's head is in the clouds.

i still think it's the dream. that's what he did live.

it's evident in other boots but if you really want to hear it in its most prominent form download the atp 09 boot and listen to sky, it is so clearly "the dream"

i'll never understand how you guys hear some of the stuff you hear it is clearly 'good dreams' on the studio version

OK this has been bothering me for years. In Leaf House, are they saying anything after the "because he is nooooot" part? I've thought it to be a lot of things from tidy to inside. But right now I don't really think they are saying any real word. especially when you hear it live.

I hate to pry, but does it officially say that it is 'inside it' anywhere? If i force myself to hear 'inside it' on the studio recording I can (which i can also do with the word tidy too). But if you listen live versions, they make no attempt to make it sound like either of the words. Could it be possible for the lyrics to just simply be: This house is sad because he's not. Where does he hide when someone comes?
