too bad I moved or else I'd go to both of the FL dates. I have friends going and I'm sure it will be fucking awesome.

its alright. pretty tall i think, theres a little upstairs for over 21 that hangs over. its really not too bad dont worry.
sooo... Black Dice apparently... I don't get why no BD in Orlando? Orlando's a much quicker drive. and I don't get why they haven't added ATL/NC dates, so I guess St. Pete is it??? wtfff AC. why no ATL? and/or why no BD in Orlando?

I'm pretty sure Black Dice are supporting them on the entire second leg of the tour including Orlando
Im going to this show and the one in Orlando!!! So psyched! Deerhunter or Black Dice really would put the icing on the cake for me. I remember seeing Built to Spill at the State Theatre and it was pretty nice except i couldnt hear the vocals well at all standing in the front row.

uh, so better venue? anyone been to both? Orlando is 90 minutes less driving according to google... but I have old friends outside tampa/st. pete i could probably stay with, so that's a bonus

Firestone is a bit bigger and more of a night club if this helps. Plus its the last stop on the tour before they start festivals.
yeah... just from the looks of them State Theatre looks cooler/better for AC...
not sure which would sound better though... usually the smaller places, but you nvr know...i read that state theatre used to be a bank. i wonder if that some impact on the sound/reflections/reverb...

I'm probably going to both. It just sucks that the shows are in the middle of the week cause I'll have to take most of the week off. Luckily my brother lives in Tampa so I have a free place to stay.
